Cookie Policy
Last updated · 14 June 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Your Brand Assistant LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on elistit.com (this marketing site) and studio.elistit.com (the Elistit application).
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device and remember certain information, such as whether you are signed in.
2. Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary. The Elistit application at studio.elistit.com sets authentication and session cookies (provided by Better Auth, our authentication system) when you sign in. These keep you logged in, protect your account against cross-site request forgery, and are essential for the application to work. They cannot be switched off while using the app.
Preferences. The application may store small preference values (such as interface settings) in cookies or local storage so the studio remembers your choices between visits.
Analytics & Advertising. This marketing site (elistit.com) does not load third-party analytics scripts and does not set analytics or advertising cookies. We do not use advertising cookies anywhere on our services.
3. Cookie Reference
| Cookie | Domain | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| better-auth.session_token | studio.elistit.com | Maintains your secure login session. | Session / up to 7 days |
| better-auth.csrf_token | studio.elistit.com | Protects sign-in forms against cross-site request forgery. | Session |
Exact cookie names and lifetimes may vary slightly as we update our authentication system; their purpose remains limited to sign-in and security.
4. Third-Party Cookies
Payments. When you purchase a plan or credits, checkout is handled by our Merchant of Record, Fungies.io. Fungies sets its own cookies during the checkout process for payment processing, fraud prevention, and tax compliance. These are governed by Fungies' own privacy and cookie policies.
Connected services. If you connect third-party integrations from within the app (for example Etsy or Google Drive), those providers set cookies on their own domains during their sign-in flows, under their own policies.
5. How to Control Cookies
Most browsers let you view, block, and delete cookies through their settings. You can usually find these controls under “Privacy” or “Privacy and security” in your browser preferences. Blocking all cookies will prevent you from signing in to the Elistit application, since the session cookie is required for authentication; browsing this marketing site is unaffected.
Guides for common browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge each document cookie controls in their help centres.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if we add analytics or change authentication providers. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown at the top of this page.
