Q.01Is Elistit free?
Partly. Every new account gets one finished product free on signup (full pipeline, no card required) plus a small monthly allowance worth about one piece. Paid plans start at $19/month (Launch) and are prepaid product-creation budgets; the AI Shop Manager is included on every plan.
Q.02How does per-piece pricing work?
Every finished product has a flat price taken from your monthly budget: wall art and posters are $0.55, clipart sets run $0.65–$1.25 by size, your-own-files products are $0.45. The price always includes the artwork, print-ready files, up to 20 shop-branded listing images, a promo video, the SEO listing, Drive delivery, and the Etsy draft, with no per-feature charges.
Q.03Does the AI Shop Manager cost extra?
No. It is included on every plan: free accounts can read its briefings, and any paid plan unlocks full active use (chat, prepared actions, launches). Its advice never draws from your creation budget.
Q.04Which plan do I need for buyer personalization?
Buyer personalization (made-to-order listings, where the buyer adds a name or date on Etsy and each paid order renders for you) is available on Grow and up. It is rolling out shop by shop, so it may not be live in your account on day one. On Free and Launch you can still sell every product type as a standard listing.
Q.05What does "product-creation budget" mean?
It is the dollar amount you can spend on generating finished products each month. Wall art starts at $0.55, clipart sets at $0.65. Your budget, plan and top-ups, is yours to spend while your plan is active. If you cancel, any unused budget is held on your account and unlocks again when you resubscribe, so it is worth using before your plan ends.
Q.06What happens if a job fails?
Your budget is automatically restored. If a worker hits an error after your budget was reserved, the ledger reconciles within seconds and the amount returns to your balance.
Q.07Is there an annual discount?
Pay yearly and save roughly 15%. For example Grow is $395/yr versus $468 paid monthly. Annual plans carry the same monthly budget, multiplied by twelve, available all at once.
Q.08Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-month?
Anytime. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; your existing budget stays.
Q.09Do you charge VAT or sales tax?
Billing is handled by Fungies as Merchant of Record. VAT, GST and US sales tax are collected and remitted for your jurisdiction. The price you see is the price you pay where applicable.
Q.10Is there a free trial?
