Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on Elistit (operated by Your Brand Assistant LLC). Elistit sells prepaid subscription plans and credit top-ups that fund AI product generation: image creation, print-ready file processing, listing copy, and delivery. Because each generation consumes computing resources the moment it runs, the service is delivered immediately and cannot be returned. The rules below reflect that.

1. Billing & Merchant of Record

1.1 Authorized Merchant. All payments, including subscription plans and credit top-ups, are processed by our Merchant of Record, Fungies.io. Fungies handles payment collection, applicable VAT and sales taxes, and the issuing of any refunds approved under this policy.

1.2 Statement Descriptor. Charges appear on your bank or credit card statement as FUNGIES YOURBRANDASSIST*. Please check for this descriptor before disputing a charge you do not recognize.

2. General Rule: All Sales Are Final

2.1 No Refunds. As a general rule, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on subscription fees or credit purchases.

2.2 Consumed Credits. Credits that have been used to generate products are non-refundable in all cases. Once a generation runs, the service (AI generation compute) has been irrevocably delivered, regardless of whether you choose to publish, download, or otherwise use the output.

3. Unused Credits

Refunds for wholly unused credit purchases may be considered at Elistit's sole discretion within 14 days of purchase. If you bought credits and have not used any of them, contact support@elistit.com within that window and we will review your request. This is a discretionary review only: it does not create any entitlement to a refund, and partial use of a purchase disqualifies it from consideration.

4. EU & UK Consumers: Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By purchasing and beginning use of Elistit's digital services, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, that is, once you have used credits to generate products. Wholly unused purchases remain subject to the discretionary review described in Section 3.

5. Subscription Cancellation

5.1 Cancel Anytime. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Fungies billing portal.

5.2 Access Until Period End. After cancellation, your plan and any remaining credits stay active until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription simply does not renew.

5.3 No Pro-Rata Refunds. We do not issue pro-rata or partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period when you cancel mid-cycle.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@elistit.com before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. Most billing questions can be resolved within one business day. Accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be suspended or terminated, and any remaining credits forfeited.
