Billing, Invoices & Refund Policy

Answers to common questions about billing, invoices, payment methods, and refunds.

Payment Methods

Elistit accepts credit and debit cards through Fungies, our Merchant of Record. Fungies handles VAT and tax compliance automatically. All payments are processed securely, Elistit never stores your card details.

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically for each billing cycle. You can download them from Settings > Billing > Invoice History. Each invoice includes your plan, credit allowance, and payment date.

Billing Cycle

Your billing cycle starts on the day you subscribe. Credits refresh at the beginning of each cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with Elistit, you can cancel within 7 days of your first subscription for a full refund. After the initial period:

  • Plan charges are non-refundable for the current billing period
  • Unused credits do not have cash value and cannot be refunded separately
  • Service issues: if a tool fails or produces an error, credits are automatically returned to your balance

Upgrading Mid-Cycle

When you upgrade to a higher plan, you are charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle. Your new credit allowance is available immediately.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period

After cancellation, your account remains active (read-only) so you can still access your previous projects and download files.
