Setting Up Your Elistit Account

Request access, accept your invite, set up your studio, and get ready to create your first listing.

Elistit is currently in early access, so joining has two parts: a short access request, then a guided setup that takes a few minutes once your invite arrives. This guide walks through exactly what happens at each step.

1. Request access

  1. Visit studio.elistit.com/sign-up
  2. Fill in the short request form and send it
  3. You’ll see a “Request received” confirmation on screen

There is nothing to verify or set up yet. Requests are reviewed by a person, not a queue length, so approval usually arrives quickly.

2. Accept your invite

When you’re approved you’ll receive an email titled “You’re approved! Join Elistit now” with your personal sign-up link. That link is tied to your email address:

  1. Open the link and choose a password
  2. You’re signed in and on your dashboard right away

Because the invite already confirms your email, there is no separate email verification step. If you can’t find the email, check spam for “elistit.com”, or reply to us from Getting help.

3. Set up your studio (4 quick steps)

The first time you land on the dashboard, a short setup opens automatically:

  1. Name your studio — this creates your workspace. Use your shop name if you have one; you can rename it later.
  2. What do you sell? — pick the product types you care about (wall art, clipart, posters, greeting cards, SVG). This tunes your catalog and the shop manager’s suggestions. You can change it any time under Branding.
  3. Quick tips — a 30-second orientation.
  4. Connect Etsy (optional) — link your shop now, or press Skip for now. You can connect any time from Integrations, and everything except automatic draft listings works without it.

4. Your first piece is free

Every new account includes one finished product on us: full artwork, print-ready files, mockups, SEO listing copy, the works. No card required. The dashboard checklist points you at it (“Make your first piece”), and the AI Assistant is the easiest way to spend it: tell it what you sell and let it propose the piece.

You also get a small free monthly allowance, enough for roughly one piece a month while you decide whether to pick a plan.

5. Follow the dashboard checklist

The dashboard walks you through the rest in three phases, in the order that pays off fastest:

  • Get Started — make your first piece; choose where your files live (Google Drive delivery with branded PDFs for your buyers)
  • Define Your Style — describe your style, add your colors and logo, set your go-to formats and PDF details, so every piece comes out on-brand
  • Reach Your Audience — pick a plan and link your Etsy shop

Nothing in the checklist is mandatory: each item unlocks a specific benefit, and the checklist tells you which.

Connecting your Etsy shop later

If you skipped it during setup, go to Integrations and click Connect Etsy shop to authorize the connection. Once connected, every completed project creates a draft listing in your Etsy shop manager; you review and publish. Without a connection, Elistit still produces the complete listing data and files for manual upload.

One rule worth knowing up front: an Etsy shop can be linked to one Elistit account. If your shop is already connected elsewhere (an old account, a colleague’s), the connect screen explains how to move it or ask us for help.

Choose a plan (when you’re ready)

Elistit plans are prepaid product-creation budgets. Every finished product has one flat price (wall art and posters $0.55; clipart sets $0.65–$1.25) that already includes files, mockups, branded slides, the video, SEO copy, and the Etsy draft:

  • Starter ($24/mo): $26.40 budget (~48 wall-art pieces), 1 Etsy store
  • Grow ($49/mo): $53.90 budget (~98 pieces), 1 Etsy store, adds buyer personalization
  • Studio ($99/mo): $108.90 budget (~198 pieces), 3 Etsy stores ($15/mo per extra shop)
